Kathaazha Kannaley, the chartbuster song from ÂAnjatheyÂ, is now going to have its say in Tollywood. The catchy tune would be used as an item number in the Telugu remake of ÂNaadodigalÂ, say circles close to filmmaker Samuthirakani, who is directing the Telugu version too.
As Sundar C Babu, the music composer of ÂAnjathey and ÂNaadodigal is scoring the music for the Telugu remake titled ÂSambo Siva SamboÂ, Samuthirakani has asked him to use the song with minor changes.
Following this, the song has become a part of the movie, it is said. The Telugu remake rights of ÂNaadodigal have gone for a record price, with veteran producer Bellamkonda Suresh buying it for whopping rate.
With Ravi Teja in the lead role, the film would hit the screens by the end of 2009. After completing the Telugu version, Samuthirakani would direct the same script in Kannada.
